The army reserve is importance constitute part of the national defense and troops constuct, The comprehensive analysis and quantitative evaluation of the Rapid Mobilization Ability has always been an important aspect of operational studies. Centering around the army reserve, this dissertation makes a theoretical and practical study of the following:1.The study of the troop evaluation has been going on for decades and has produced many different research methods. The dissertation sums up the studies in this field and describes some methods.
