Research On The Development Of Rural Women Vocational Education On The Background Of New Countryside

In the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China,the government raises the slogan "to create a new socialistic countryside with developed production capability,clean rural villages,civilized atmosphere,and democratic management".As a large amount of male labor force in rural area moves to urban area,rural women become the main strength for agricultural production and development.The development of rural economy is directly decided by woman's quality in technology and culture,and the proficiency of agricultural production and other skills.In the mean time,rural woman's quality of culture will also influences the management of political democracy and decides whether the cultural and ideological progress can be moved forward smoothly.Rural women,constituting half of the population,become the main power for creating "New Countryside".Education is the gold key to exploiting human resources.As a result,vocational education is the best way for rural woman to develop human resources and enhance cultural quality.While they are acquiring skills,they can also enhance their cultural quality,which will greatly advance the popularization of vocational education for woman in rural areas,and also provide human resources for the Project "Construction of New Countryside"Based on the research result,the research of women education has been put on schedule; it reaches to wider scope and richer content.However,the current research on the rural women education is relatively lack,especially on the rural women vocational education. Therefore,from the perspective of the new countryside,this paper uses literature, questionnaire and survey to make a state-of-the-art analysis of rural women vocational education.This paper reveals that the development of rural women vocational education contains a strong potential demand.With the research,this paper explores the close relationship between rural women vocational education and new countryside construction which orients the development of rural women vocational education.Finally,based on the research,this paper advances new measures from varies views such as polices making,the system of education for the development of rural women vocational education to promote it to a higher level. To develop rural women vocational education on the background of new countryside is not the tendency of the vocational education development,but also the demand of social new countryside construction.The development of rural women vocational education reflected the idea of developing People-Centered Harmonious Society,as while the remedy the bank of gender in the vocational education.Thus,the development of rural women vocational education is a must to social society.
