On The Law Regulations Of Price Fraud In Our Country

In the market conditions, the price as the one of the market factors plays an important role. However, during the development, offences against the law often occur. The price fraud is one of the expressions. Although our country has done some efforts and has achieved certain progress, but there are still certain issues to be solved. This thesis mainly discusses four aspects of the problem in order to get the solution of law on price fraud.The first part of the thesis is a simple approach on the basic theory. First of all, I will analyses the concept of price fraud and the .forms. Secondly, discuss the reasons of the phenomenon. It contains four facets, the drawback of the market, the approaching to benefits of the marketing manager, the lack of self protecting of the consumers and the weakness of law supervising. Price fraud brings some negative influences on the market order and the right of the consumers. Law regulation is good for maintaining tourism market order and the rights of consumers.The second part is mainly about law means of the world developed countries on price fraud. Germany, Japan and western countries have found the proper way on governing the price fraud .I will get a summary of the few countries in the Law supervising and discuss the practice of Taiwan. I will analyze the Fair Trade Law of Taiwan.The third part is about the present actuality of our country on Law Supervising. It contains two dimensions, the normative and demonstration. Our country has formulated a system of laws and regulations, but there are still certain deficiencies in the hole, slack law enforcement is one of the shows.The last part of the thesis is to explore a system of Law supervising. The main four aspects will be further improved. We will further improve the legal supervision and perfecting the punitive damages system, strengthen the price of credit system for the few aspects and establish the rule of law system.
