Research On The Responsibility Identification Of Network Reputation Infringement

As one of the greatest improvement of information period, the appearance of network has made fabulous changes in our daily life, covering work, study and entertainment. We are enjoying the big advantages from it. But there is nothing can be perfect. Network is also without exception. The using of it will shock our traditional value concepts and related laws. The cases of network reputation infringement are very common nowadays, and infringement on others reputation right are the most common to see.Reputation Right, as one of the most important personality right, owns the strict protection of laws which makes no differences to everyone. Anyone who infringes other's reputation right should pay for the responsibility and being published by the law. Comparing with traditional reputation infringement, there are no essence differences. The only differences lay in the way of infringement and responsibility factors. Due to the varieties of networks'inner characters, network reputation infringement can be harmful, and should be paid enough attention. We should have a clear understanding about the network reputation infringement to avoid the happening of infringement.This thesis is an explanation according to No.36 of the Tort Law.It's divided into several parts: First of all, give an explanation about network reputation infringement and present questions. Secondly, give a clear understanding about the definition of network reputation infringement actions and way of network reputation infringement questions. At last, give some related suggestions about the definition of network reputation infringement according to the practice.
