The verdict of baidu case was about search service that'sextremely influential legitimacy to the case, and the court make an objectivedecision on related disputes,such as search technology, redirectiontechnology etc, and also the relevant law and technical problems are detailedruling."Notice take down procedure", a common international rules, was reflected in this case. While "yahoo case", which was awarded the Beijing tencases involving intellectual property rights in2007by the higher people'scourt, has no substantial differences on legal issues compared with baidu case,yahoo case goes further than the baidu case in some aspects.
