During the last ten years, Internet contains an astonishing development. According to the statistics incompletely, website total amount has already obtained several ten millions of the whole world and it is taking the multiple increases at report.Therefore it is so easy to imagine that its information capacity is very huge in such extensive network world.For the business enterprises who have a desire to take part in network world, develop the search engine marketing is comply with the surrounding and their benefits. While, because the domestic research for the search engine marketing studying is in the stage of grope, the theories of this area is not very mature, even though some basic theories are forming but they are still scattered and could not to become a complete knowledge construction system, so it is hard to bring the leading function of its system into play.According to the fact in domestic, this thesis draws lessons from the Chinese and Foreign latest researches and their results, making use of the marketing management science, information science, computer science and so on to proceed the completely and systematic research for search engine marketing.This thesis studies from the two levels, first is the theories level: through a flood of data collections, analysis and researches, aim at the development, development characteristics of the search engine and working principle, target, way of the principle and meaning of the search engine marketing, to form a comparatively complete foundation theory " basic theory knowledge system for search the engine marketing ", and to systematize the scattered and disordered basic theories knowledge; Finally is the execution level: With the background of the search engine marketing strategy execution of the " ED" company, at the same time, under the ex- research result, making use of the covariance data analysis method, inductive method, covariance data verifies method and other research methods, being in the light of the aim that theories guide fulfillment, joining together the powerful analysis function of the analysis the flux analysis software, to give out the explorative way of solution thinking for "ex- period preparation for the execution of search the engine marketing, the concrete execution and the evaluation for its effects".The ways of research in this text not only supply the scientific guidance for the search engine marketing of "ED" company, but also can supply reference for the mid and mini enterprises who are developing and have the preparation to develop the search engine marketing.
