With the improvement of female social status and independent of economy, more and more women come into leading position. Female leading cadre is a special social group with multiple characters. They walked courageously and hardly in which male dominated in politics. Women's wisdom and talent were added into tender in virile politics. However they played unique effect, they also burdened with female mainstream's expectation and brought about kinds of embarrassment. As multiple roles brought out inner conflict and a series of psychological problems, to some extent these factors hindered the growth and development of female leading cadre.According to the actual situation, the author believed that although practice circle and theory circle refers to psychological problems and resolving method of female leading cadre, generating process and rule of female leading cadre's psychological problems, solving measures of female leading cadre's psychological problems lack of specific pointed so that the effects are not good. Based on reality and present conditions, the article combined female special features of physiology and psychology and summarized female leading cadre's seven aspects psychological problems mainly existed in self-abased, narrow mind, depressed, self-enclosed, anxiety, impulsive and conservation. To these problems, the article take setback theory and conflict theory of psychological study with analytical perspective in which combine female leading cadre with exterior environment of selection, appointment, vocational promotion, traditional ideas and public opinion and analyze formation process of female leading cadre's psychological problems from three interior factors of cognitive analysis, pressure and self-control in order to construct psychological intervention mechanism of female leading cadre provide theoretical foundation. Based on law and feature of formation process of female leading cadre's psychological problems, the author thought solving four kinds of traditional methods of female leading cadre's psychological problems has three weak points, this provided reality basis of female leading cadre's psychological intervention mechanism.Therefore, in order to solve female leading cadre's psychological problems, the author thought this must construct a set of systematize and regularize normal mechanism. So based on current research article defined the concept of psychological intervention mechanism and emphasized that it is a kind of purpose and pointed behavior. It explained the aim of psychological intervention mechanism when individual confronted to psychological problems that could control in time and return to normal and the capacity of individual cultivation and improvement. Psychological intervention mechanism included self psychological intervention and external psychological intervention and the relations between them. Meanwhile according to the flow diagram showed operation logic of psychological intervention mechanism. On this basis, psychological intervention mechanism should follow recognition that female leading cadre particular mental and physical group and respected the rule of special character and voluntary acceptation during actual operation. According to psychological intervention mechanism's two different purposes, operation logic, requirement of systematization and institutionalization, the author explained two aspects between unconventional measures and conventional measures and concrete content of psychological intervention mechanism of female leading cadre. The former used methods including counseling, abreaction, cognitive change and diversion when psychological problems happened. The latter intervened psychology of female leading cadre's from five aspects between external and internal environment. According to a series of systematize and institutionalize psychological intervention mechanism, the author thought that coordination and cooperation of these measures could play conventional preventive effect before psychological problems happened and therapeutic effect as psychological problems happening and continuous maintaining effect after psychological problems happened.
