Psychological capital is a positive state of mind in people’s growing-up experience,which consists of four parts, including self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. It is stable and can be promoted by investment and play the important role in enhancing people’s competitiveness. Psychological capital embodied in the following four aspects:(1) when faced with a challenging job, confident(self-efficacy) and the necessary effort to succeed;(2) have positive attribution of present and future success(optimistic);(3) to persevere with the target, for success, when necessary, can adjust the way to achieve the goal(hopefully);(4) when adversity and problems, can perserve, quick recovery and transcend(toughness), in order to succeed. Although there are many current domestic research on characteristics of different groups of psychological capital, but also lack of armed police officers at the grass-roots level of psychological capital characteristics of this group study, this research probes into the characteristics of armed police officer at the grass-roots level of psychological capital, psychological capital levels in the differences of demographic variables and psychological capital and the outcome variables of job satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention for exploratory research, to enrich and develop military psychology accumulate data, provide theoretical basis for basic-level police officer work efficiency.In this study,Psychological capital was taken as the starting Point several method such as document analysis questiolmaires,factor analysis and Path analysis were adopted,this research was designed to analyze the current characteristies of Psychological capital of CAPF,and Reveal relationship between Psychological capital and job satisfaction,job Performantion and the will of changing job.Several significant conclusions were drawn as following:Armed police officers at the grass-roots level of psychological capital overall level is higher, the overall mean value of 4.66, higher than the median(4). On the four dimensions, confident scored an average of 4.86, the toughness of the average score of 4.04, optimistic scored an average of 4.98. Hope that the average score of 4.81, four dimensions scores from high to low sequence of optimistic confident> hope >toughness> respectively.The Psychological capital of CAPF with different gender,edueational back ground,working time,job level are absolutely different,while the overall different of Psychological capital of CAPFwith different age,marital relationship and methods to enter the armed force are not obvious.The Psychological capital of CAPF has Positive effects on the job satisfaction and performance,but has negative effects on the will of changingjob.The overallPsychological capital is much more effective than the single factor on the job satisfaction,job Performance and will of ehanging job.
