Which fitness is the most basic, most important ability, and weight-bearing March,5km armed cross-country and fitness training focus. Therefore, to explore and improve the road march,5km armed cross-country ability is the main task of military training.Mix currently henceforth a paragraph of period our army's strategic direction for the South China Sea, the East China Sea and along the southeast coast, the sea has an oceanic climate, with moisture in the air, humidity is big, summer temperatures higher characteristic, while in the hot environment military fitness than normothermic decreased obviously, visible in the hot environment load marching,5km armed cross-country training is very important. In the natural thermal environment training has many limitations and inconvenience, while in the simulation of thermal environment training has good controllability. Simulation of thermal environment of training can not only improve students thermal environment adaptation ability, also can make up for the shortcomings of conventional teaching, solve and improve weight-bearing March,5km armed cross-country training level.This experiment to a military school at age 18 to 23 years,60 male navy students as subjects, the high temperature and high humidity environment 12min weight-bearing March test packet pair, the test group contrast group each 30. Through the implementation of the scientific, draws the following conclusion:1.in hot and humid environment of weight training, the body heat, reflex caused by extreme skin vascular diastolic, cardiovascular system load of high tension and secretion is not proper concentration of sweat; increased cardiac output, blood circulation is relatively insufficient, while a large number of sweating caused the loss of body water, blood concentration, it decreased cardiac output, blood pressure drop; high temperature training center rate control in 162 times/min,150 times/minute is appropriate; hot and humid environment training scientific and reasonable training plan, control subjects with blood pressure, heart rate and the key.2.rectal temperature is the evaluation of body heat tolerance index, body heat under upper rectal temperature value of 38.9℃, heat tolerance limit of anus temperature value of 39.4℃, training a large quantity of rectal temperature is high, vise versa; statistics the results indicated, Wen Jun the anal in body heat tolerance range, training in rectal temperature control physiologically safe limits; hot and humid environment training, training volume the size of the master, is the control of body heat under the key stress.3.experimental groups of participants with high temperature and humidity 12min loaded marching performance test and control group students'grades have significant difference (P<0.0001).Hot and humid environment of physical training, the soldier 12min weight-bearing March ability increased significantly.4.The experiment group adopted in high temperature and high humidity conditions for training,5km armed cross-country performance is significantly improved through training, and oneself and blank controls, were significantly different(P<0.0001).Hot and humid environment of physical training for soldiers, armed cross-country performance improved significantly in 5km.
