Investigation On The Pressure For The Armed Police Officer In First-tier City

Armed police officers in first –tier city often face such problems: high-risk and intensity of work,high consumption,high-cost of living.These problems can bring armed police officers psychological pressure,which may cause physical health problems.This paper proposed a pressure survey to armed police officers in first-tier city,and then analyzed the survey results.Finally,this paper suggested some measures to improve current situation.Firstly,this paper defined the scope of this research,introduced the concept of first-tier cities,work pressure,armed police officers,and then introduced work stress management theory from two levels.Secondly,designed pressure questionnaire and carried it out,after the implementation of the program,analyzed the individual characteristics differences and pressure factors,and then,according to survey results from the community level,the organizational level and individual level.Finally,according to the analysis results from the social,organizational and individual levels,this paper proposed coping strategies and recommendations accordingly..
