Armed police force as an important component of national armed forces is to maintain national security and social stability,safeguard people's right to live and work in peace and contentment.Beijing armed police forces mainly refer to the armed police forces affiliated with Beijing in terms of administrative region which include the armed police headquarters office,armed police headquarters agency directly under the unit,Beijing armed police forces,Beijing armed police colleges and universities and a number of units.Armed police units at the grass-roots level are similar to company,ships,squadron which are team,station,room,and storeroom and etc.They are basic units of carries out operations,training,duty,scientific research and security tasks.Compared with ordinary grassroots units,Beijing armed police units at the grass-roots level are faced with high political pressure,heavy executive tasks and high security risks.In order to finish tasks,grassroots leaders must always be constantly sober,strictly disciplined,completely devoted and selflessly dedicated.Their main tasks are to carry out the antiterrorism,rescue,security and other disposal action to secure the regional security and social stability in Beijing.As the backbone,the working pressure of Beijing armed police forces leaders at the grass-roots level is obvious.If there is no good guidance and improvement in reliving pressure,their energy will be consumed evidently and their work enthusiasm will be affected,which could even bring consider able negative impacts on safeguarding the capital security and stability.This study aims to explore work pressure of Beijing armed police forces leaders at the grass-roots level,to investigate working status of grassroots cadres,from the perspective of the status quo performance to analyze causes and influencing factors of formation pressure,and to describe work pressure and the relationship between the related dimensions.By the perspective of Xuaiyun & Sunliyun,in the essay analysis on the types and features of the armed police grassroots cadres pressure,it is said that “The types and features of the armed police grassroots cadres pressure,are measured from professional pressure,economic pressure,interpersonal pressure and development pressure of the four dimensions.This paper is to take grassroots leaders in Beijing armed police forces as the research object,and puts forward the design of the pressure source research tool in both questionnaires and SPSS statistical software,summarize the sample information data collected and test work stressor questionnaire and validity.Through data analysis and variance test effectively describes the source of stress,and stress change rule.The discussion of this paper is just a little exploratory work in the early period.We hope through research not only to help the cadres at the grass-roots level in Beijing faced up to their work pressure,to cope with pressure source but also to turn organizational level into humanistic management thinking enrich management means at the same time,which could alleviate the pressure of the grassroots cadres effectively,and provide reference for constructing company.
