The Research On Peasant Legal Education Innovation In New Rural Construction

The new rural construction is launched with the background of running state affairs according to law, so all the actions and measures of the new rural construction should relay the"rule of law"as the basic policy on. The legal quality of peasants, which is the principal part of new rural construction, is determined to the goals whether can be implemented smoothly.Peasants'legal education is the key approach to improve the legal quality of peasants. After the implementation of twenty-five years'legal knowledge education planning for all since 1986, the legal quality of the most peasants is upgraded remarkably. But there will be a long way to go compared with the standards of legal states, especially as the gradually development of the legal state construction, the existing form of legal education exposes many problems: the content of education is too rough, teaching methods are too simple, no institutionalization."Which makes it more and more difficult to adapt to the new circumstances and also difficult to adapt to peasants legal quality of the new rural construction. Through in-depth studies and extensive documents reading, I found that with regards to the current situation, there are many reasons , in addition to the problem of giving wide publicity, it also related to irregular conduction in local government, the imperfect villager autonomy, sketchy basic-level for legal advice and backward people's livelihood. And the influence on peasants'legal consciousness of the latter was larger than that of the former. Having studied the peasants'legal education abroad, I found that the peasants have a strong sense of law if the countries and regions with the integral rural legal system, developed grassroots self-government, and well organized society.Based on the above investigations and research, integrating with the theory of dominant education and invisible education. I will consider"the government, civil society, countryside"as"the tripartite subjects", which is prompting the peasants legal education well-round development, considering"perfect relating peasants legal system, develop social peasants organizations, improve villager self-governance system, improve the countryside livelihood"etc, as the dominant education part of peasants legal education, and put forward idea of building extrude from of peasants legal education.
