The idea of “constructing a new socialist countryside” was introduced as a significanthistorical task during the Fifth Plenary Session of Sixteenth Central Committee. The purposeis to affluent society and socialist modernization. The idea is a great practice which led byThe Party for peasants to create a happy life and construct a happy homeland. The idea is anenormous project for accelerating rural political construction, economic construction andcultural construction. Peasants are main force to construct the new socialist countryside.There is a relationship between peasants’ ideological quality and construction of newcountryside. Peasants’ ideological and political education is an important aspect of peasants’ideological quality. Peasants’ ideological and political education provide a powerfulideological guarantee for creating a good atmosphere for the development and acceleratingrural economic development in rural areas. However, with the deepening of market economyrun and the gradual penetration of multi-cultural, peasants’ ideological have different degreesof affect, such as dilute the concept of collectivism and lack of spiritual and cultural life.These are very suited to the building of new socialist countryside. Therefore, the study of thecurrent ideological and analysis of the farmer problems, indepth analysis of its causes, andpropose effective measures is the construction of new socialist countryside important issuesmust be addressed.This essay mainly includes literature method. This essay summed up the meaning of a newsocialist countryside, requirements and characteristics by reading different literature. Inaddition to the use of the literature method, the paper also use of comparative law, thecombination of analysis and synthesis method. In this essay, through the domestic ideologicaland political education of peasants to compare research results, made their advantages andshortcomings, make the path-based paper presents a theoretical basis. Through research, thisessay has come to the following conclusions:1. Peasants ideological and political education adapt to the new socialist countrysideconstruction generally. Study found that grass-roots cadres place more emphasis onideological and political education of presents. They are also the importance subjects for peasants’ ideological and political education and they play an important role in peasants’ideological and political education.2. Further improve the peasants’ ideological and political education will be moreconducive to a new socialist countryside construction. Positive social environment to helpimprove peasant collectivism, democracy, awareness, legal awareness, and promoting ruralpolitical and cultural construction.3. The current ideological and political education in peasants there are still some issuesto be addressed. Such as peasants’ ideological and political consciousness, peasantsideological and moral quality is not high, the ideological and political education work in ruralmechanisms are inadequate. There issues still need to continue to explore a new approach thatwe resolved to meet the demands of building a new socialist countryside.The innovation of this article is studying peasants’ ideological and political education in thecontext of a new socialist countryside construction, analyzing the links between the basiccontent of a new socialist countryside and peasants’ ideological and political education, andfinally proposing a systematic and comprehensive measures to deal with existing problems. Inthe proposed strategy, the proposed number of new initiatives to adapt to new problems andnew situations.
