Third, set up subsystems of information, consultation, and evaluation, and establish the technical security measures.Reasonable, systematic development of county CYL Cadres career planning, which is benefit to fast reserve cadres training of the party organization, to enhance the efficiency and sustainable development ability of cyl cadres, is benefit to the growth and development of cyl cadres.
