Research On The Risk Of Social Insurance Agency

Social insurance as the core part of the social security system in our country is not only one important policy of social security, but also an important part of China's social programs. Social insurance agency is responsible for social insurance fund management and operation of the relevant agency concrete implementation department, and social insurance agency risk management helps to social insurance's attention and management. For China's historic reasons, social insurance agency has not formed a good operation constitution; the actual work has also gradually revealed some contradictions and the question, so that social insurance agency faces a lot of risks. How to improve the operation of social insurance agency constitution, strengthen its risk control and prevention, in order to ensure the safe operation of social insurance funds, has become China's social insurance undertakings can not be ignored important issues.Therefore,this research on social insurance agency both has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into seven sections. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the significance and research background, also the study proposed content and method. The second part is a literature review, whish summarize and explain concepts and theories of social insurance agency and risk management as the theoretical basis of this study. The third part is to identify and analyze the social insurance agency of risk factors. The fourth part is to establish a risk evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the risk of social insurance agencies. The fifth part is the using of ISM model into the level of risk factors, studying their mutual relationship. The sixth part is to focus on the social insurance agencies risk prevention measures and suggestions. The seventh is the conclusion of this paper.This paper uses research methods of a combination of induction and deduction and a combination of qualitative and quantitative. From a new perspective, new perspective on the risk of social insurance institutions to study the issue, the purpose is to enrich existing research, the social insurance institutions'risk management to provide a theoretical basis and foundation.
