Study On Strategy Of Our National Confidential E-government Nets' Information Security Construction

On the background of the booming Internet economy, E-government system carries great historic mission, and the stable network system has become the trend in this era. Whether the government or users, without exception, sincerely looking forward to a absolutely safe working environment built by the network builders, so that they can access the network information resources, and ready access to all kinds of applications and data. What we are now facing is not pure information security challenges, but also must confront the great losses caused by the crash of the network security.In view of this, this article first elaborate the influence of modern social e-government information network on state government, and comprehend the development of domestic and international construction of e-government methods and philosophy. Then with the boundaries of "Twelfth Five-Year" planning,the passage focus on the construction and achievements of government affairs net work in our country, and analyze the importance of network building, which lead to the safety problems in the construction of e-government network. Then select some countries with rapid developing construction to analysis their security strategy comprising with the construction of e-government network safety in our country presently, then in the third chapter put forward the technical security problems existing in construction and the management of China's e-government nets. Aim at the existing problems, try to make the strategy of network safety system construction, establish and better our country's guarantee system of information network security in legislation and enforcement and set up the operating and managing system in order to promote our country e-government affairs network developing safely and healthily.
