Research On Smart Government Information Security Management

The continuous development of information technology(IT)brings convenience to people,however,there are more and more security problems have exposed in IT.Therefore,an effective management of information security(Info Sec)plays an uttermost important role for intelligent government services centers(GSC).Our top priority is to make a management strategy which can improve the Info Sec of the intelligent GSC in L City,then to enhance the capability of resisting overseas cyber-attacks and ensure the service systems run smoothly,and to provide a safe and reliable service to citizens.According to a large amount of literatures which are about Infor Sec and building intelligent GSC,this essay will analyse the study of management of Infor Sec which has done by domestic and overseas researchers.Research thought: To collect historical questions to do a survey directly,making questionnaires to do a survey indirectly,to sum up,refine and analyse key questions;to subdivide questions of Infor Sec management by confirming the analysis methods of the field investigation in the research,and combine HTP Infor Sec models which are based on people,management,running as a main line to do a vertical analysis.Moreover,to combine PDCA circulation method,correlation theory of risk management,5W1 H analysis method,and multi-index score weighted synthesis to do a horizontal analysis,then to find out a solution.Conclusion: Base on the current condition of L City to combine people management,technique manangement and process management as a whole frame.To utilise the correlation theory of management in the Infor Sec management,and advance management strategies which are applicable to L City including training management,people guarantee,risk management,emergency management,security reinforce,change of product sourcing and so on.Finally,to refine staff,technique and running management.This study will provide a plan of Infor Sec management for L City,and provide a reference and assistance to L City.To provide a reference for building scientific,flawless and normalised Infor Sec strategies.
