Research On Network Information Security From The Perspective Of Government Management

Without network information security,there will be no national security.Network information security has been raised to the national security system.Network information security is an important issue related to national security and sovereignty,social stability,inheritance and development of national culture.The development of network information has changed human society,greatly promoted human development,and also brought many problems to human beings.The purpose of this paper is to study the problems existing in our government’s governance of network information security,and to discuss and analyze them,so as to put forward better solutions.Our government’s governance of network information security is affected by external environment and human factors.As a machine,computer network information system will be affected by various external environment changes,such as temperature and humidity changes and vibration will cause more or less impact.Hackers’ intrusion,imperfect network information security management system and hidden dangers of computer viruses will cause network information security problems.At present,our country lacks some effective measures to control the network information.There are a lot of junk information in the network information that can not be deleted in time,resulting in certain information pollution.At the same time,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,and citizens’ awareness of network information security is also poor.Our country’s network information security has also been threatened by many illegal organizations abroad.Attacks in the field of information security against our country’s network are becoming more and more rampant.Attacks by network public opinion against our country’s political security field are becoming more and more crazy.Criminal activities against network information in the field of social life in our country are increasing day by day.Network information in the field of youth groups in our country is becoming more and more rampant.“As the "poison" becomes more and more serious,the tendency of politicization of business disputes in IT enterprises aiming at China’s political security is becoming more and more obvious.By studying General Secretary Xi strategic thought of strengthening the country through the network,and in view of the problems and objective constraints of our government’s governance of network information security,I believe that our government can proceed from the following aspects: we should build a solid network information security barrier,deepen the reform of independent innovation system and mechanism,and build a talent system with global competitiveness.Setting up emergency plans for network information security emergencies,building a fair and reasonable Internet governance system,improving citizens’ awareness of network information security protection,and insisting on incorporating the protection of information security in accordance with the law into the maintenance of national security,thus promoting the vigorous development of network information security undertakings in China,and contributing to vigorously promoting the strategic construction of network power.
