The Game Analysis Of The Government To Handle Group Events Harmoniously

In recent years, as China's market economy developing, the pattern of social interests adjusting, new conflicts emerging, Group Events have increasingly become the constraints in China while the country is building a harmonious society.Group Events is currently appearing in the series of social disharmony, has seriously affected social stability. Sixteenth CPC Central Committee made "Some Major Issues on building a socialist harmonious society by CPC Central Committee "in the sixth national meeting, requiring the entire party and society:on the one hand, we should actively prevent and properly handle Group Events caused by contradictions among the people, co-ordination between the various interests, properly handle social conflicts and maintenance social stability; on the other hand, we should adapt to the development and change of our social structure and pattern of interests, form scientific and effective interests coordination mechanism, demand expression mechanism, conflict mediation mechanism and rights protection mechanism.To do this, it has become a major issue must be studied society of how to effectively prevent and respond to group events. This paper will try to use the analysis of game theory to study the premise of building a harmonious society in China, the government how to prevent, manage and handle the group events. This paper consists of four parts:The first part, it combines the definition of group events and its features, including definition of group events, its classification,7 major characteristics and 6 causes.The second part, game theory and its characteristics, including the development of game theory, it's content and main methods, especially on approach to group incidents in game theory were highlighted.The third part, the game analysis of the government and group events, in the conditions of the study note, this paper make a vertical horizontal dynamic analysis carried out at two levels from the "game between the government and the participants" to "game between the participants themselves".The fourth part, the suggestions are put forward for the government to handle group events harmoniously, including the 4 short-time rules between the participants and the 5 long-time rules of the Government and participants.
