Legal System Of Chinese Eco-Tourism

With the rapid development of material and cultural level, the human pursuit regression and increasing appreciation of nature, "ecotourism" is understanding and acceptance by more and more people, to attract domestic and foreign tourists to participate in and stimulate the national economy .Eco-tourism can bring to enhance the total value of the national economy, but lack the legal system of eco-tourism, the level of the system lags far behind the development of eco-tourism, eco-tourism area resulting gradual destruction of the ecological environment, making the eco-tourism constantly exposed to all aspects of the problem and hinder the pace of progress of tourism. Therefore, we should shift the focus to strengthen the legal construction of eco-tourism, eco-tourism development guided onto the path of international law, the process of the socialist legal system to add new vitality, promote the rapid development of the national economy. From Henan Province, the reality of eco-tourism, eco-tourism objective heap all aspects of the legal system, a comprehensive system of scholarly research, as eco-tourism development in Henan Province direction. Eco-tourism in Henan Province under the protection of the law should be sustained, healthy and stable to carry out, so that eco-tourism and economic and cultural development of coordinated, in order to build a harmonious society and create a favorable external environment.This article is divided into four parts:the first part from the concept of eco-tourism, legal requirements and characteristics of starting,elaborating system of eco-tourism and theoretical basis of the legal system deeply, in order to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal system of eco-tourism .The second part describes eco-tourism and eco-tourism in Henan Development of Legal System Analysis, pointed out that the process of ecotourism development in Henan Province is facing a series of systems and lack of legal issues.The third part of the legal system of eco-tourism from America and Austrilia, and its scientific evaluation. The fourth part of the foreign experience with in the province, eco-tourism by improving the legal system, some specific recommendations, with emphasis on eco-tourism planning system described building and community residents to participate in mechanisms for eco-tourism development and management to provide advance guarantees, the legal system to promote the construction of eco-tourism into a new height.
