On The Industrial And Commercial Administrative Enforcement Of The Rule Of Law

Modern law originated in the West, after several centuries of development, it is still in the transformation and transcendence. For China, it has the "Exotic" significance. In business administration and administrative law enforcement work, the "rule of law and philosophy," "rule of law and administration", "rule of law and innovation" and other words have frequently been used, but look around, the deeper implication of the rule of law is only to be understood in the field of law, and in the business little is known about the vast majority of business within the system of cadres. So that industry and commerce in the context of the rule of law enforcement there will be a lot of administrative problems to be solved. In 2004, the State Council issued the "Implementation Outline for comprehensively promoting administration according to law" and proposed the basic requirements of administrative law and the "construction of government by law" requirement. Thus, the establishment of a high-quality industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement team is the "rule of law" and "according to law" a necessary requirement. As China's socialist market economy, rule of law in China's rapid development and continuous progress of the process, building the rule of law business is imminent. The author combines his business system in the ten years of work experience, trying to analyze the business from the perspective of administrative law enforcement problems and their causes, and proposed to achieve industrial and commercial administrative enforcement of the rule of law concept. Expectations of industry and commerce administrative law enforcement work can be successful on the track ahead, and to protect the socialist market economic order, to protect the realization of industrial and commercial effectiveness of law enforcement.
