The Study On The Cultivation Of Chinese Citizens' Concept Of Rule Of Law In The Construction Of The Society Of Rule Of Law

Advance the law-based governance of China is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialist construction with Chinese Characteristics.It is an important component of the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,and it is also an important guarantee for maintaining social harmony and stability and constantly improving the quality of people's happy life.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of the rule of law in China has achieved remarkable results.The construction process of the society of rule of law has also been advancing steadily.With the continuous development of our social economy,the citizens' concept of the rule of law has also promoted greatly.In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jin ping points out that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.He emphasized that in the new era,we should adhere to the construction of the society of rule of law,the nation of rule of law and the government of rule of law,and at the same time,we should constantly improve the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation.It puts forward the universal cultivation and promotion of citizens' concept of rule of law to higher requirements.With the deepening of reform in an all-round way and the interweaving and overlapping of various deep-seated social contradictions and problems,the task of advancing the law-based government of China still very arduous.The general cultivation and further enhancement of citizens' concept of rule of law will help to promote the process of construction of the society of rule of law,and it has great significance to the general strategy of advancing the law-based government of China.In view of the importance of citizens' concept of rule of law on advancing the law-based government of China and building a socialist country based on the rule of law,this paper,based on the elaboration of the relevant concepts of citizens' concept of rule of law,analyses the factors and reasons affecting the formation of citizens' concept of rule of law,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The first chapter is introduction,which is mainly about the background and the current situation of the research,it provides a foreshadowing for the problems related to the cultivation of citizens' concept of rule of law.The second chapter mainly defines conceptions of rule of law,society of rule of law,concept of rule of law and so on,as well as expounds the relevant theories of Marx's rule of law,which provides the basis of the paper.The third chapter discusses the status quo of Chinese citizens' concept of the rule of law,and makes a deep analysis and discussion on the causes that influence the cultivation of citizens' concept of rule of law in China.The fourth chapter of the paper mainly elaborates the Countermeasures for the cultivation of citizens' concept of rule of law,mainly through strengthening citizens' awareness of rule of law,improving the formation mechanism of concept of rule of law and creating a good social environment of rule of law,so as to make our citizens' concept of rule of law can be universally cultivated and constantly strengthen.
