Study On The Cultivation Of Chinese Citizens’ Concept Rule Of Law In The View Of The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Society

In November 2012,report of the party’s 18 th first put forward the "the rule of law" is the basic way of governing the country and the "rule of law" as an important part of the socialist core values.In October 2014,after the convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party,As well as the full implementation of judicial reform,"Ruling the country by law" once again raised the theme of a high degree of concern to the whole people.This meeting first project to discuss the issue of governing the country according to law and raise the concept of the rule of law in the whole society,promote the construction of the rule of law society as an important task for us to comprehensively promote the rule of law,these show it is of great significance to raise the concept of the rule of law in the whole society tocomprehensively promote the rule of law.During the past nearly four decades of reform and opening up,the rule of law construction of our country has made great achievements,and the concept of citizens’ rule of law has been improved.But nowadays,under the background of comprehensively promote the construction of the rule of law society,the present situation of the rule of law of our citizens is far from being able to adapt to the requirement of modern socialist rule of law society.Due to some historical and realistic reasons,led to the citizens of the rule of law full of cognitive deficiencies,the authority of the rule of law and trust is not enough and many other problems still exist,these all show that the strengthening of the concept of our citizens’ rule of law still requires the continuous exploration of theory and practice,Therefore,the study on the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law is an important research topic,which has certain research significance and value.This article mainly from the following four parts to discuss:The first part: based on the connotation of citizens,rule of law,concept rule of law,the cultivation of rule of law and the rule of law society,to discuss the importance of strengthening the concept of citizens’ rule of law in our country,and expounds the theoretical basis of cultivating the concept of rule of law in our country.The second part: introduces the current situation of the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law in our country and analyzes the main problems existing in the cultivation of the rule of law at the present stage in our country.The problem is mainly discussed from the basis of the cultivation of the rule of law,the subject of cultivation,the practical effect of cultivation and the environment of cultivation.The third part: makes a historical and practical exploration and reflection on the causes of the main problems in the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law in our country.The fourth part: based on the specific national conditions of our country,to explore the effective method and way of cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law.From the strengthening of the construction of the basis of cultivating,the definition of the subject of cultivation,the enhancement the effectiveness of cultivation,as well as the creation of the good environment of cultivation four aspects to expand the discussion of the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law.Hoping to play a positive role in promoting the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of law in our country,at the same time,with the help of the study for the the cultivation of citizens’ concept rule of lawin our country,to provide theoretical and practical enlightenmentfor the construction of the rule of law society in our country and the national governance modernizationin China.
