In the process of our socialist development, our party and country always adhere to the Marxism as the guiding policy, and made some remarkable achievements. But because we have no ready-made experience to follow, we can only have trial and error, and once had a few detours. The problem of what is socialism and how to build socialism is always confused us, especially since the reform and opening up, many people are skeptical of the policy of that the state encourages the development of the non-public sector. the practice of Reforming and opening up has been for more than 30 years old, which also tells us that the development of the non-public sectors can not shake the main body status of public ownership of the means of production of the socialist countries, instead, our national economy have been developing rapidly. However, the non-public sectors also lead to personal private abundant accumulation of wealth .whether it can shake the nature of the socialist country? So it is necessary to restart the Marxism comprehensive analysis and understanding. Through the research of Marxism theory of private property, This article tries to correctly understand the connotation of private property from theoretical perspectives, correct the isolated and one-sided view of the problem of private property, by pointing out misunderstandings on the communist theory of Marx. At the same time, by the union of Marxism and China's socialist practice, to explain that, only under the correct guidance of Marxism, can we improve the level of productivity development constantly, create rich social material wealth, and speed up our socialist modernization.
