Research On The Development Of Private Economy In Liaoning Province Under Marx's Ownership Theory

In recent years,China's private economy has made unprecedented achievements,playing a very important role in China's market-oriented reform,and becoming the main contributor to the rapid growth of the national economy.Liaoning Province private economy is a short board in the development of Liaoning Province,facing many problems.Currently promoting the high-quality development of the private economy of Liaoning Province into a important research topic,and Marx's ownership theory has important theoretical and practical significance to guide the development of private economy in Liaoning Province.In view of the problems existing in the development of private economy in Liaoning Province,the Liaoning Provincial Government should attach importance to the position of ownership in the relations of production,deepen the reform of the system,and promote the further development of the non-public economy by adjusting the ownership structure,insisting on the public ownership as the main body.The relevant policy suggestion has the policy application value to optimize the business environment,promotes the Liaoning private economy high quality development.At the same time,private enterprises should keep pace with the government,change the traditional development mechanism,devote themselves to the development of high-end industries and create high-quality products and services.In this way,we can solve the problems existing in the development of private economy in Liaoning Province.The text is divided into three parts:The first part summarizes Marx's ownership theory and private economy.This paper discusses the main contents of Marx's ownership theory,the explanation of private economy related theory and the guiding significance of Marx's ownership theory to private economy.The second part analyzes the development status of private economy in Liaoning Province.On the basis of affirming that Liaoning Province has made some achievements in the development of private economy,this paper summarizes some problems existing in the development of private economy,mainly manifested in: rigid institutional mechanism,lack of good business environment and weak scientific and technological strength,and analyzes the causes of problems in the development ofprivate economy,mainly: deep-rooted thinking in traditional planned economy,defects in market field,low level of science and technology and brain drain.The third part,guided by Marx's ownership theory,puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in the development of private economy in Liaoning Province.That is,to deepen institutional reform,optimize the business environment,and vigorously stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.
