With economic globalization and rapid development of Internet technology, the level of e-Government construction is a symbol of overall national strength of a country. Then it is required to fully implement e-government construction projects, which is not only urgently called by the government authorities it fulfill their function transformation and create an open and transparent, clean and efficient image, but also the general trend to further promote opening up and reform policy,deeper exchange with the other nations. Ministry of Transportation has emphasized that "our transportation industry should focus on e-Government construction, advance function transformation, perform official duties by Law, perfect the methods of managing and working, strengthen the supervision, improve work efficiency and provide quality service. " in National Conference on Traffic Information 2009.Maritime authorities are an important part of national traffic system. National management authorities of marine,as the largest information owners and users of water transportation industry, are in a hub and leading position. If we succeed to fulfill the e-Government construction and improve management, administration and service, we will certainly achieve informationization of water transportation industry in Anhui province. Therefore, water transportation in our Anhui province will enjoy forwarding development, which will ensure sound economic eviroment.In this thesis, writer analysed deeply about the focuses and difficulties in e-Government construction of Maritime authorities in Anhui province, combining with current researches, in view of management, and from the state of e-Government construction of Maritime authorities in Anhui province. Under the guidance of relevant knowledge of administration and information technology, he conducted a study specifically on how to build up the models of e-Government construction in Anhui province. And then, he proposed solutions for how to build a platform which aims at providing quality and convenience service to the public. The thesis is composed by 5 chapters, which included 3,9000 words,60 references.
