| In recent years,with the development of technology such as Internet+,big data,cloud computing and cloud storage,e-government has become an important way for all government departments to provide public information services and public management for the society.As the largest owner and user of all kinds of information in China’s waterway transportation industry,the maritime department has always been at the core of information construction in the waterway transportation industry.Fully implementing the construction project of maritime e-government can realize the functional of maritime departments,improve the efficiency of maritime management,and build a maritime department with scientific functions,structural optimization,inttransformation egrity and efficiency,and people’s satisfaction.How to make the construction of maritime e-government healthier and more scientific will be an important issue.In view of the situation of Zhoushan Maritime E-government construction,starting from the actual situation of Zhoushan Maritime E-government construction,this paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on China’s Maritime E-government problems by using the methods of literature research,induction,comparative research and case study.The first chapter of this paper is an overview of e-government,introducing the related concepts and theoretical basis of e-government,and the significance of establishing E-government in maritime system.The second chapter introduces the general situation of e-government construction in maritime system of our country,mainly introduces the course of e-government construction and the characteristics of E-government in maritime affairs.Finally,it analyses the E-government of Zhoushan Maritime Bureau with case analysis method.The third chapter analyses the problems and reasons of the construction of Zhoushan Maritime E-government.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of the construction of Zhoushan Maritime Bureau E-government based on the previous research.In a word,seizing the innovative opportunities of concept,system,method and means brought about by the development of e-government and establishing the maritime e-government system will be beneficial to the improvement of the management and service level of our maritime department,and promote the deepening reform of our maritime department.This paper puts forward specific ideas and Countermeasures to promote the construction of China’s maritime sector with the development of e-government construction,hoping to be helpful to the reform of China’s maritime sector,hoping that the conclusions can provide some reference for the construction of E-government of other administrative departments in China. |
