Explore And Analyze The CPC's View Of The People's Livelihood

From the date of establishment, the communist party of China attaches importance to solve the problem of people's livelihood. In successive communists'mind, to improve the livelihood of the people and to make people lead a happy life is the basic purpose. Recent years, the problem of people's livelihood has a strong impact on the coordinated development of the economy and society. So we comprehensively and systematically research the CPC's view of the people's livelihood, especially research the new central collective leadership's view of the people's livelihood, have very important theoretical value and realistic significance.This article has four parts. In the first part, the writer interprets the theoretical sources and development course of CPC's view of the people's livelihood that is mainly from the Chinese ancient people-oriented thoughts,Sun Yat-sen's doctrine of the people's livelihood and the Marxist people-oriented thoughts. The CPC's view of the people's livelihood experienced Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, the three central collectives leaderships. In the second part, the writer expounds the theoretical breakthrough of the CPC's view of people'livelihood from five aspects, which are the scientific development view,constructing socialist harmonious society,the"three people's principles",the"construction and sharing",the equity lays equal stress on with efficiency. In the third part the writer analyzes concrete measures which the CPC carry out from three aspects, which are improving people's basic living conditions,establishing and perfecting the social security system and promoting the harmonious development. In the forth part, the writer puts forward some new views of the new central collective leadership's view of the people's livelihood from three aspects, which are enriching and developing theory and practice of scientific socialism,in favor of consolidating the CPC's ruling legitimacy foundation and enhancing the CPC's ruling ability,in favor of establishing socialist core value system.
