Research On Statistical Index System On People's Livelihood

Since the reform and opening up,with the vertical development of economic system reform and further advance,China's economic development has made remarkable achievements.After becoming the second largest economy in the world in 2010,China has maintained the second place in the world for seven consecutive years and an average annual growth rate of 7.0%.The livelihood of the people has been gradually solved.However,economic development does not mean that people's livelihood problems have been solved in an all-round way.On the contrary,people's livelihood problems will show new characteristics in the new historical period,such as unfair education,low employment rate,inflation,environmental pollution,energy shortage and a series of new livelihood problems gradually appear.In 2017,the report of the 19th Party Congress clearly stated that"to make up for the shortcomings of people's livelihood and promote social equity and justice in development"has further enriched and improved the connotation of people's livelihood and formed the people's livelihood concept with Chinese characteristics.The standards of people's livelihood,with the main content supported,have opened the curtain for the development and improvement of the people's livelihood of the Party and the government in the new era.With China's reform and opening up into a new era,China's livelihood statistical index system should also keep pace with the times,the urgent need to build a new era with Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics to adapt to the statistical index system.Based on this background,this paper systematically studies the issue of the statistical index system of people's livelihood from the perspective of the development-oriented social policy,and explores the Countermeasures for the construction of the statistical index system of people's livelihood in the new era.Under the condition of modern market economy,a scientific and reasonable statistical index system of people's livelihood is a measuring tool to measure the livelihood of a country or region,an important window to understand and grasp the livelihood of the people,and an important basis to measure the management performance of the people's livelihood.In order to improve the scientificity,systematicness and feasibility of the study,this paper makes a comprehensive use of sociology,ecological civilization,development economics,national economic management,welfare economics and development-oriented social policy theory in the study,using theoretical analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis,and strives to be practical.Modeling,analysis,and explore the new era to build a scientific,reasonable and efficient statistical index system for people's livelihood.Generally speaking,the content of this paper mainly consists of five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,the second chapter is the key concepts and theoretical overview,the third chapter is the construction of the livelihood statistical index system and empirical analysis,the fourth chapter is the application of the statistical index system of people's livelihood,Evaluation of the People's Livelihood Development Index in Yunnan,Hubei and Zhejiang,the fifth chapter is the conclusion.In a sense,this study is conducive to the innovation of the research model of the statistical index system of people's livelihood,the organic combination of comparative analysis and case analysis,the organic unity of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,which can be called the Paradigm Innovation of this study,and is conducive to enhancing the scientificity,rationality and operability of the statistical index system of people's livelihood.It will provide useful decision-making reference for the administrative authorities to strengthen the improvement of people's livelihood,help them to"win the victory and build a well-off society in an all-round way"and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
