Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Administrative Examination And Approval System Reform

Administrative examination and approval is a tool used by government to manage the social and economic activities as a means of government involvement in social and economic activities. However, as China's market economy system has improved steadily, especially after China's entry to the WTO, the reform of administrative examination and approval system to urgent. This dissertation discusses the reform of administrative examination and approval system, performance evaluation, trying to find the pros and cons of administrative examination and approval system reform, it work for future proposals, to show the direction.First, the dissertation briefly discusses the development of administrative examination and approval systems reform process, the purpose is to give administrative approval system reform in China a reasonable, effective, scientifically based; and then, through my description of the current system of administrative examination and approval system, to find our administrative examination and approval system problems; Third, related indicators based on three aspects build security system of administrative examination and approval system reform and the performance evaluation system for the next performance evaluation as a foundation work; Next in this dissertation, weighing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of performance evaluation is stages of the previous performance evaluation system of the evaluation; Finally, specific examples of the municipal government of Harbin, on the basis put forward relevant suggestions.Based on research presented in this dissertation and result of a detailed analysis of the performance of administrative examination and approval system reform, it analysises the index system and evaluation methods.
