Since the existence of human being, people's livelihood has been an ancient topic, a vital practical problem in the modern world and Chinese society, and a huge challenge laid before the Communist Party of China. It is not only the most fundamental factor in our real life, but also a crucial purpose of the existence and activities of the government and social organization.. As for how to understand and solve this problem, it involves theory, practical present social development as well. As a party in power, taking Marxism as the guiding ideology, CPC should explain accordingly from the perspective of Marxism. Marxist theory is rich in people's livelihood thought, which is the starting point and the destination of Marxist theory. Furthermore, Marx's thought of people's livelihood has its unique features, with a strong public nature of meaning, beyond the thought of other people's livelihood. Through actively exploiting and understand the abstruse implication in Marx's thoughts on publicity, and explore the publicity in the life dimension, search for the enlightening significance of the publicity on the well-being, in order to provide some enlightening significance to the Chinese contemporary society's construction. The main points and the structure in this paper include:First, practical and theoretical significance of this study is pointed out by analyzing present realistic background and theoretical development. Analyze the theory of the people's livelihood under the Traditional Chinese Culture. Democratic socialism. Liberalism and Marxism, Prominent Marx's Original views of people's livelihood and to realize the significance of modern people's livelihood.The second part, to interpret and clarify Marx's theory of publicity. First of all, to study the origins of Marx's thought of publicity from the perspective of the social relations. Secondly, to interpret the triple dimension of Marx's thought of the publicity and explore the profound meaning of it.Third, explore the people's livelihood in the vision of Marist view of publicity, Seek the realistic commonality of people's livelihood issues. Public products, services and the fair justice are needed by the people's livelihood. Public practice is the main means to realize people's livelihood. Community is the field where to realize the people's livelihood. To realize the comprehensive and free of man is the highest forms of people's livelihood.Forth, directive significance of Marxist thoughts on livelihood towards the social construction in China is elaborated. The premise of improving the well-being is developed on the publicity, the key depends on the reasonable allocation.The innovation of this paper is mainly on the perspective, from which research with the public nature of Marx and livelihood issues linked together. Based on the meticulous interpretations of Marx's thought of publicity, explore the dimensions of their lives, and found the public nature characteristics of people's livelihood Making a research of Marxist theory on the livelihood issues is a huge project which is full of challenge and profound practical significance. In particular, the livelihood issue on the Perspective of Marxist public nature, is a subject worthwhile to restudy. As the limitation of my theoretical level and research capacity, a thorough study on this subject couldn't be completed, I solicit experts and scholars for critical correction.
