The Research On Solving Migrant Workers Urbanization's Problem By Government

Accelerate the equalization of basic public services has become very urgent.Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress made it clear that "must pay attention to the equalization of basic public services,"requiring governments at all levels to improve their responsibility and administration level,as soon as possible to construct equal public services system and benefit all the people(include migrant workers).Including employment,education,social security and many other areas of public services,to provide institutional safeguards for migrant workers to be urban residents.This will narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas,promote social fairness and justice,maintain social harmony and stability,to ensure that the people share the achievements in Reform and Opening up.It's very important to political stability and economic development.The thesis is divided into four chapters, the first section of the thesis presented the main topics purpose, to solve the problem, related literature review and research methods.The second chapter is related to the equalization of public services and urbanization theoretical analysis, analyzes basic public services'meaning and theories.The third section focuses on the urbanization's problem, analyzes the equal public service stage achievements and existing imbalances,make the migrant worker hard to abtain public service and the main reason analysis.The fourth chapter is most important part in this thesis.By the above discussion, the author tries to make the three path (starting path, the main path, feedback path) and five parts (idea transformation, physical security, the equal basic public service measures and evaluation system, legal protection) to find an effective way to built equal basic public services system.Through the study of public service by literature analysis,comparative research and theoretical analysis.In order to find an effective way to solve the migrant workers'problems.let them really and easy to be urban residents.
