| Currently, Market Economy hold the leading position in the world. As an independent power, civil society based on Market Economy is getting formed, developed and grown sturdy. In the process, the relationship between old State and society is attacked unceasingly. Therefore, Relations between civil society and state has been becoming a basic issue for all the countries in the world. It relate to a series of theoretical and realistic problems, such as whether Market Economy can work normally? whether socialist democracy can be implemented? Or whether social life can be self-governing and independent. Marxist theory of state and civil society provides essential theoretical references for answering the basic questions of modern society. As a post-modern country, our country must correctly position and handle the relations between civil society and state in the process of pushing socialist democracy construction. It can not realize the benign interaction between state and society without a healthy and rational civil society and state guidance.Taking Mark's theory in relations between civil society and state as core contents, the article combs the man before Marx and Marx's research achievements in relations between civil society and state; explodes enlightenment for our country's socialist democracy construction; provides theoretical support on correctly handling the relations between state and civil society. On the basis of relations between civil society and state, this paper discuss its developmental process before and after reform and opening-up; put forth some opinions such as separation between civil society and state is the basic premise for democracy's existing; the benign interaction between state and society provides an effective way to achieve socialist democracy; and it's the basic guarantee for our socialist democracy to build a healthy and rational civil society and state. |
