Network supervision is a effective way for citizens'participation in political affairs in modern society. Network supervision has played very significant roles in our country's political life since it emerged. Network supervision is different from traditional supervision forms. It has unique function in exposing some corruption, improvement the work of State agency, maintaining and enhancing the public interests, and it promotes powerfully our country's political democratization. But it must be pointed that when network supervision brings into play its political effects, it also brings some negative effects. It sometimes misleads the public opinion, infringe upon the parties'legitimate rights and interests, and it even interferes with judicial trial. However, we can take measures to improve our country's network supervision, for example, we can advance the construction of network administration, actively explore effective forms of network supervision, establishing and perfecting the mechanism related to network supervision, laying down quickly related laws and system arrangement, and so on. Currently, carrying out network real-name system is out of accord with the times. The behavior of deleting network cards violates netizens'rights of democratic supervision, and we can lay down legislation, strengthen the supervision and management, blow necessarily in order to standard and govern the behavior. Network opinion may interfere with judicial trial. We can announce news timely and explain the related case to the public to guide the development of network opinion, and we also should strengthen judicial trial to maintain legal authority and judicial justice.
