The Research Of The Rights Protection Of The Land Diversion's Subject In New Village Construction

The land diversion is one of the important things in the new village construction. At present, the rights of the farmers in the land diversion are not easy to safeguard for many reasons. The study which includes five parts will introduces how to protect the rights of the farmers.PartⅠ: mainly reviewed the status of the three different stages on the country land diversion since Reform and opening-up, and by the way, introduce the measures which were used to protect farmers'rights, and sum up some same features.PartⅡ: totally defined the peasants'land ownership which is ignored for a long time.PartⅢ: summarized the same features and problems on the statues of the land diversion in the three areas at the moment.PartⅣ: learned some experiences from several developing and developed countries.PartⅤ: based on five principles and the condition of our country, I try to propose five suggestions, and wish to help farmers win rights they should have.
