A Study On The Protection Mechanism Of Farmers' Land Rights And Interests In Rural Tourism Development

As a big agricultural country,the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the key work of our country.Farmers are the key to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In recent years,with the rural revitalization strategy proposed,rural tourism has become the main driving force of rural social and economic development,but also an important way for China to effectively solve the "three rural" problems and realize a well-off society in an all-round way.But by Yang Zhou township tourism development,the survey found rural tourism in the development process is facing many problems,when the farmer's land to development enterprise in circulation by different levels of the infringement,if not properly solve these problems will affect the stability and harmony of the society,at the grass-roots level hope that through further research,this paper attempts to establish the corresponding mechanism to protect the land rights and interests of farmers.In this paper,through literature analysis,.the analysis of the current rural tourism development of farmers'land rights and interests of the status quo at home and abroad and the form,using the field research method,to the jiangxi province township Yang Zhou JiePai village of tourism development in the enterprise management personnel,government workers and related farmers in-depth research,it is concluded that farmers in the land circulation to tourism development in the process of enterprise rights by different degree of damage.Analyses research conclusion,the use of the humanistic notions,land rent theory and the theory of sustainable development of the cause of the farmers' land rights and interests are harmed carried on the detailed elaboration,mainly from the farmers participation pattern,land circulation system,and the benefit expression mechanism,the farmers' rights protection channel,accountability and so on five aspects to obtain,from the government,farmers and development enterprises,rural collective organizations of several main analysis.Finally,according to the above questions and the reasons for these problems,put forward the rural tourism development in the protection of farmers' land rights and interests safeguard mechanism,hope to be able to make a change from the legal and institutional level,practically protect the land rights and interests of farmers,to make positive contributions to the development of rural tourism standardization in our country to realize rural revitalization of the positive contribution.
