Research On Fiscal Expenditure On Social Security In China

At present,various social security problems in our China can reflect the irrationality of the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure on social security,which in essence are caused by the imbalance of government's social responsibility. Therefore,research on the financial problems of social security actually relates to the government responsibility and social security.If the government responsibility for social security is considered, the social security will be the final implementation of the government responsibility and social security of finance can be a means.
