Empirical Study On The Impact Of Social Security Expenditure Level Of Finance To Residents’ Consumption Level

The expenditure level of finance in social security is an important part of China’sfinance expenditure, it is also the important material in order to establish and improve thesocial security system. The expenditure level of social security in finance has a greatimpact on the residents’ consumption level. This thesis is start from expansion of domesticdemand strategy, on the perspective of social security expenditure level of finance to studythe consumption problem of domestic residents, use theoretical analysis, qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis of combining research methods, elaborate the greatimpact of expenditure level of finance in social security to the residents’ consumption, anddraw a conclusion that expenditure level of finance in social security can accelerate theresidents’ consumption.This thesis includes several parts as follows:The relative concepts and theoretical analysis frame which is the expenditure level offinance impact on residents’ consumption. It defines the concepts of social securityexpenditure，the expenditure level of finance in social security，the residents’ consumptionlevel and the propensity to consume，on the basis of theoretical analysis frame this thesispropose the mechanism that expenditure level of finance in social security could promotethe residents’ consumption level.It uses the data from1978to2011which are the expenditure level of finance in socialsecurity, the urban residents’ consumption level and the rural residents’ consumption level.Build econometric model and quantitative analyses by statistical software are used to provethat the expenditure level of finance in social security can improve the residents’consumption level.At the end of this thesis, I draw a conclusion and provide some suggestions in order toimprove the expenditure level of finance in social security, perfect the social securitysystem, improve the level of residents’ consumption and promote economic developmentmore sustainable more stable and more healthier.
