Experiences And Problems Of The Construction For Law In Zhejiang

At present, our academic circles about the relevant theoretical research of the "power restriction and protection"has been fruitful, but the theoretical research of the government power restriction and civil rights protection from the local province is relatively short of. This article attempts to set up a premise environment of harmonious socialist society, make the special perspective of "harmony" to bring in "power restriction and protection" and prove the relationship between the "power restriction and protection" and the socialist harmonious society, and emphasizes the important role of the "power restriction and protection" plays in the harmonious society. So we should protect the public power and civil rights better in order to build a socialist harmonious society.
