The Studies About Improvement Of Foreign Investment Law Of Mongolia

The main idea of the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia is the protection to the foreign investors interest are not violated, the private property can be safe in Mongolian investment activity, and provide the perfect investment environment. But the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia is still not consummate, include investment domain, foreign investment supervise, examine and approve system, foreign company set up, protection of the foreign investment rights and interests, favourable policy and foreign investment disputed resolve etc. Accordingly need to analyze and research about Foreign Investment Law, foreign investment environment and other mutuality law.The text constitute with introduction, text and conclusion three parts.
