Research On Model Of Public Trust In Governments

With the development of society, various countries launch on their reforms, among which the creditability between the public and government arouses wide concern. A serious of problems, such as social emergencies happening frequently, the government's nonfeasance and misplay of power and even more the community event deals with the fault affect the authority of the government. A country without trust cannot be powerful and prosperous. Therefore trust becomes the concern of some scholars. The factors that influence the trust of the government can be studied and strengthened by quantitative study, which make up not only the lack of political trust theory but also have great significance on the quantitative estimate of the local government's trust.The thesis sums up the current study on international and domestic trust of the government. By analysis of the factors that influence the trust, the model of construction of the public trust. By opening survey and refining the index and form the "interpersonnel trust",government trust,process trust,public satisfaction trust, benificial tust,institude trust,political participation", with the seven dimensions, the final closed questionnaire is attained. By computer digital auto control, the survey of places included 6 cities in Liaoning province. They are Shenyang, Dandong, Jinzhou, Fushun, Liaoyang and Anshan. By random sampling, there are 400 subjects of the questionnaire. On mythology, SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.8 are employed to get Description statistic, One-way ANOVA analysis, Confirmation factorial analysis and Structural equation model analysis. By the result of the analysis, it is found that:it is of great significance to bring in interpersonal trust, which has positive correlation with the government trust model.Interpernal trust has positive effect on government trust, political participation has direct effect on government trust and process trust .Interpersonal trust exert great effet betweent interpersonl trust and government trust, political paticipation and benificial trust. This explains that there are still some deficiency on data collection and analysis, which leads to the relative discussion, analysis and summary.
