The public deliver and communicate their opinions about criminal cases through internet. On the one hand, it makes a great positive meaning to justice progress through the supervision. On the other hand, it produces negative influences through the interference of criminal justice process. As the development of China's legal process, how to handle the delicacy relations between the online public opinions and the criminal justice became a research topic with practical meanings.As the development of the emerging network technique, the influence degree from the online public opinions to the criminal justice became deeper and deeper.
