That above mentioned provides references and basis on how to prevent risks of price administrative law enforcement and standardize behavior of it in order to maintain market pricing order, stabilize overall market price levels and develop socialist market economy in a healthy way.This thesis highlights that competent pricing department and the executors should have awareness of risks of price administrative law enforcement and strategies of risk prevention, build the conception of legal equality between administrative law enforcement officials and executes. Confronting with many supervisory problems of price, they should advance with the times, put into a full play of competent pricing department and average up ability of price administrative law enforcement and protect their own lawful rights and interests of consumers and managers. Through this study, the ball rolling, hoping for an all-out the law and promote socialist the rule of law and building a socialist country of law and promote our economic and social, nice and fast development contribute strength.
