Research On The Causes And Governance Of Severe Juvenile Violent Crime

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the changes in the surrounding social environment,people's original world Outlook,outlook on life and values have been affected by certain impact,compared with obvious changes.Adolescents are the first to bear the brunt.Because their thoughts,abilities,and cognition are gradually maturing and improving,they are more likely to be affected by external factors and make illegal and criminal things.This is also the reason why crimes are presented at a low age.Because adolescents are in a complex and interactive network of social systems,we generally believe that juvenile delinquency is the result of a combination of individual,family,school and social factors.In addition to the necessary education in the family and school,effective social management behavior can create a good growth environment and prevent young people from being affected by adverse factors in their growth.The proportion of juvenile crimes in the total number of crimes is relatively large,especially in gang crimes,such as fighting and picking.From the case analysis,we can see that the causes of juvenile delinquency are multi-faceted and multi-layered.It is the result of the incomplete interaction between the lack of family education,school education,and the influence of social adverse factors that lead to the subjective psychological development of the offender.It is also a manifestation of the conflict brought about by the concept,perfect system,and development that can not keep up with social development.It is also a reflection of the lack of social management.Based on the case of intentional injury and death from 2013 to 2016 in Panyu District of Guangzhou City,this article analyzes the family situation,the level of education,the subjective and objective nature of the crime,and expounds the aspects of family,school,and social management.This paper analyzes the main causes of juvenile violent crime and discusses the prevention methods of juvenile crime in China from the above perspectives.The purpose is to correct the subjective and objective problems in family education and school education by analyzing and studying the relationship between the problems,especially through the use of specific cases to promote the improvement of educational methods and strengthen the construction of social management.To eliminate the defects and deficiencies in the social management mechanism and methods,and better promote the healthy growth of young people,thus playing a role in maintaining social stability.
