On The Rural Land Use Mode In The Urban And Rural Coordination

As a large agricultural country, the rural issue has always been a big issue in China. The imbalance of economic development, the serious dual differentiation in the urban and rural areas and especially the increasingly prominent conflict arising from the land more or less affect the economic and social development. With the advance of the urban and rural coordination and the development of the rural economy, the transfer of the rural land contract management right and the collective construction land use right and the house sit use right attached to the rural land has received more and more concerns. This paper, in combination with the realities of China's rural land and the relevant legal provisions, makes discussions on how to achieve the orderly transfer of the rural land in the urban and rural coordination and thereby to achieve the better integration and use of the rural land.
