Farmers can participate in democratic elections directly by the election of rural. The democratic elections in rural areas system of China's established in the 1980s, and it is developing on the policies and laws. But the election rules and regulations are not perfect; there are still many problems in the rural committee elections. In this paper, by investigating in-depth rural field, observing, literature and semi-structured interviews, I collect first-hand information. From the view of rational choice, combine with the theory of Homans, Blouin and Coleman; I make a sociological analysis of various phenomena and problems in the village committee elections. The article not only describes the Z Village the ninth practice of the village committee election process and the final outcome but also a theoretical analysis on the relationship between human behavior and attitudes of the interests of all parties in the election.Through the investigation and analysis of the electoral process of the Z Village Committee, I summarize up some problems that exist in the electoral process in rural areas, including the deletion of part of the election procedures, to interfere too much of the township government elections, voter participation are not enthusiastic about the election, illegal exchange of the political rights, unlawful situation can not be solved effectively. Establish a correct view of the interests of these issues in the election by helping grass-roots governments and villagers adhere to the grass-roots economic, political, strengthen the legal and institutional supervision, to the gradual elimination of the problems in the rural democratic election.
