The Research On Environmental Information Disclosure Of The Government

With the development of economy and society, the problem of environment has becoming more and more Prominent. In these days, the environment protection made by government can't meet the needs. Therefore, the power of the public has become more important. We should, first of all, make the public informed of the environment information in order to get the public involved in the environmental protection. The government is the most important owner of the environment information, which has the duty to give publicity information. Meanwhile, the Public as well have their right to ask for the relevant environmental information from the government. We sure do achieved some goals, such we published the "Measures for the disclosure of environmental information", but we still facing many problems and challenges.This article reached some useful experience based on the analysis on the concept of environmental information, the theory behind this concept, other countries and regions' laws and regulations. After that, the article found out our own problems about environmental information disclosure and finally figured out how to building the environmental information disclosure system that suit China most.
