Features of clinical legal education is that is a practiceeducation model as the main focus on practical knowledge and professional ethicseducation It is just fit the goal of the cultivation of practical talents of Master of Lawsin education. Clinical legal education was introduced to China, to change the generalconcept of the traditional legal education, to make up for the deficiencies of the lawpractice education and helps to develop high-quality, comprehensive legalprofessional.But any law has a background of the universal system. Clinical legal educationmethods introduced from the United States is no exception.
