The Plight Of The Master Of Our Legal Education And The Way Out

In order to meet with the demands of the legal professionals of high level, applied and multiple model for the social market economy and rule of law, China has set up a Juris Master education system. But in reality, on account of the blurry training goal and the disjointing with the social need, the Juris Master education arouses lots of doubts and runs into a deep end. For changing the situation, our Juris Master education must be reformed to bring up the genuine legal professionals of high level, applied and multiple models. The reform proposal should be as follows: not only should we introduce in clinical legal education, but we should also constitute the clinical education system in Juris Master education. Clinical legal education not only copes with the training target of the Juris Master education, but also reveals the promotion of legal skills and the value of training skeptical mental power, innovative legal quality and the legal vocational virtue. As a result, based on the detailed review of clinical legal education, the author brings forward primarily the design of clinical legal education system in Juris Master education.
