Community as a innovative social management, it Is an important carrier of the transformation of government functions; it Is the most basic unit of the government's External function; and it is also a key point of Social management. we all live in the community, and are the clients of community services,What do we need what kind of community services, And community services need what kinds of functions. are worthy topics for our research.This article draw on customer relationship management theory to study the community service. Emphasis on the core concept of customer relationship management "customer-demand-oriented". through the analysis of the community services problems in Kunming and analyze the successful experience of KunmingHelp-Age service center,on the basis of draw CRM into_the theory of community services for the necessity and feasibility analysis. Construction of Kunming community services CRM system model, and Solutions of the system proposed. to identify effective ways for the Government to providing electronic services in the implementation of community management. to create a community service platform by used the CRM technology features. The aim is to truly improve the efficiency of community services, quality, and to Meet community needs and social needs,and to achieve greater social and economic benefits. And ultimately to Improve government management services; to improve the core competitiveness of the Government; to improve the image of the government; to maintain social and economic health and stability,also to create conditions for development.
